I believe that Pilates and mindful movement can positively change lives. Pilates elongates and strengthens, improving muscle elasticity and joint mobility. It is easy on your joints and can ease back pain. Those with chronic lower back pain who practiced Pilates for just four weeks experienced more relief than those who visited a physician and other specialists. All you need to do is show up with your own mat.

Please join me as I teach Pilates exercises on the mat for 4 weeks beginning January 28. A body with balanced strength and flexibility is less likely to be injured. Hone your focus by connecting your breath and your body. Experience the class and discover muscles you didn’t know you had!
