Radhika is a lifelong student and teacher of yoga that believes in integrating and balancing the body, mind, and spirit to help prevent illness and injury, and to promote wellness. Radhika is an exercise physiologist, personal trainer, and yoga instructor.
Align & Flow is a class that focuses on alignment principals, using the breath and dynamic sequencing, to find balance between the effort and the ease. With attention to detail this class provides a fluid slow flow where the poses are held longer with an emphasis on alignment for safe transitions and guidance into more advanced poses. There will be a strong emphasis on connecting with the breath to help find physical and emotional balance. The class will begin with 10 minutes of self myofascial release. Expect a balanced practice that incorporates the whole body, leaving you with a feeling of peace and completeness.
